World Baiju Day 2021

On August 9th, we’re celebrating World Baijiu Day along with dozens of other cities to give people a chance to try this incredibly interesting spirit. Fun Fact: Baijiu (pronounced “bye joe”) is the world’s top-selling spirit. Baijiu is always on our menu and we’ve got a variety of cocktails made with this strong, funky, and complex spirit. Join us for our Peppermelon cocktail made with fresh watermelon juice, black pepper honey syrup, lemon juice, and either gin or Baijiu. It’s so refreshing!

More Drinks to Sip On

Another refreshing cocktail we have this month is our Frozen Mango Daiquiri made with rum, mango puree, triple sec, and simple syrup. Want something without booze? We’ve got you! Our mocktails (available to go!) are super refreshing.

1. Coco Matchatte: Green tea matcha, coconut cream, soybean milk
2. Sumiao Citrus: Blood orange, grapefruit juice 
3. The Weeze: Cranberry juice, lemonade, lychee juice
