This July, we’re celebrating the bright, fresh flavors of summer with a special seasonal lineup at Sumiao Hunan Kitchen. From the delicate richness of Yellow Silken Chicken and Bay Scallops with Mushroom to the crisp, garlicky freshness of our seasonal water spinach and Asparagus Beef, each dish highlights vibrant ingredients and bold Hunan-inspired flavors.
