This month, we’re proud to spotlight Heiwa Shuzo, a respected sake brewery from Wakayama, Japan, known for its balance of tradition and innovation. At Sumiao Hunan Kitchen, we’re excited to feature a curated Heiwa Shuzo sake flight, showcasing the diversity of their craft. Guests can explore their distinctive “AKA” Kid sake made from red rice sake, a beautifully expressive brew with subtle complexity, alongside a smooth and creamy Nigori, and their elegantly balanced Kanjuku plum sake.
