Celebratory Fine Wines

Raise a glass to the holidays with these festive picks! 🥂
● Domaine Franck Chavy Pouilly-Fuissé: A refined French white wine from Burgundy, showcasing bright acidity with flavors of green apple, citrus, and a touch of minerality.
● Merry Edwards Pinot Noir: A lush and elegant Pinot Noir from Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, offering ripe cherry, raspberry, and subtle spice with a velvety texture.
● Heitz Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon: A classic Napa Valley Cabernet with deep blackberry and cassis flavors, balanced by earthy undertones, fine tannins, and a hint of oak.
● Château Léoville Barton: A bold and structured Bordeaux blend from Saint-Julien, featuring black currant, cedar, and tobacco with a long, complex finish.
● Champagne Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs: A sophisticated vintage Champagne with creamy texture, vibrant citrus, and delicate brioche notes, crafted from 100% Chardonnay.
We’re also excited to introduce a new seasonal beer to the menu: Jack’s Abby Cranberry Chaos, a cranberry and orange lager. This crisp lager has tangy cranberry and zesty orange notes. Its light malt backbone balances the fruity flavors for a refreshing, festive sip.

Community Donations and Events

This quarter, Sumiao Hunan Kitchen proudly supported two impactful community events:
● MIT Night Market: We celebrated pan-Asian culture with MIT’s diverse community by sponsoring this vibrant event, featuring delicious food, cultural booths, and performances inspired by Asia’s iconic street markets.
● For Kids Only Gala: Through our sponsorship, we contributed to childcare scholarships that empower historically marginalized children, fostering education, safety, and brighter futures.

We’re honored to give back to our community and make a meaningful difference!
