We’re also excited to highlight two fantastic wines that are new to our menu.
1. Domaine Jessiaume: This is a refined Burgundy red with bright cherry and raspberry notes, balanced by minerality and smooth tannins. Ideal for pairing with roasted meats or soft cheeses.
2. Frantz Chagnoleau Pouilly-Fuissé: This is a refined white wine known for its rich minerality, bright acidity, and notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers.

Thanksgiving at SHK

As part of our continued efforts to support our community, we are open on Thanksgiving to feed you! Take a break this year and let Sumiao Hunan Kitchen do the cooking for you! We will be open regular hours on Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day. As with previous years, we’ll be serving Thanksgiving cuisine, Hunan style!

Musician Highlight: Betty Ding

Betty Ding is a Chinese R&B fusion singer-songwriter based in Boston and a student at Berklee College of Music. She is the band leader of the East West Collective. Featuring traditional Chinese instrumentation and contemporary R&B live arrangements, her music is a fusion of R&B, neo-soul, and Chinese folk music. She is passionate about promoting solidarity between different communities through artistic activism.
