This month, we’re highlighting a variety of beverages. There’s something for everyone!
1. Hunan Heatwave – Spicy Whiskey, Coconut Rum, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Lime, Coconut Cream
2. Kiwi Pineapple Cooler (Mocktail) – Kiwi, Pineapple, Honey, Mint, Lemon, Soda
3. La Solitude Rouge Blend – This wine is a beautiful ruby-red colour with an intense nose of red berries and spices. It is supple and generous on the palate with a very fine and elegant tannic structure.
4. Pouilly-Fuisse Chardonnay – The nose is of vanilla, baked apples and some tropical notes. The balance between rich fruit and bright acidity is very fine.

On August 9th, we’re celebrating World Baijiu Day along with dozens of other cities to give people a chance to try this incredibly interesting spirit. Fun Fact: Baijiu (pronounced “bye joe”) is the world’s top-selling spirit. Baijiu is always on our menu and we’ve got a variety of cocktails made with this strong, funky, and complex spirit. Join us to sip on some Baijiu or try it in one of our Baijiu-based cocktails.
