We’re excited to share two new wines that are perfect for any special occasion.

First up, we have our Loire Sauvignon Blanc. This white wine isermented in steel tanks and bottled unoaked. At once elegant and exuberant, this Sauvignon Blanc is great to start your meal at Sumiao and pair well with most of our appetizers and seafood dishes.

Next we have our Melville Pinot Noirt that we will be serving by the glass for the month of November. The aromatics instantly permeate the glass with rose petals, ripe red plums, cloves, and orange zest. When tasting, the flavors of Bing Cherry, raspberry and blackberry race over the entire palate and are followed by black tea and tarragon.
