Best News Ever: Sumiao Kitchen is Back!
The past few months have been quite the journey, but we’re thrilled to announce that we are finally open for both indoor and patio dining starting Wednesday, July 1st. Words can’t express how excited we are to see your smiling faces and to serve you our delicious authentic Hunan cuisine.
We’ve spent the last few months learning, growing, and making the necessary adjustments to keep our guests safe and healthy. We have always prided ourselves on being a restaurant that took every measure to ensure the best experience for our guests. When COVID-19 cases began in the United States, we had already begun making changes to the way we work as a team. During this time, we’ve had your support every step of the way. Each and every one of you who ordered with us this spring has brought a smile to our face, and it is because of you that we come back stronger.
We recently sent out a survey regarding our reopening, and nearly 500 of you helped us with your feedback. Wow! Not only are we incredibly grateful for this information, we thought it would be helpful to share what we’re doing moving forward.
- All tables, both indoor and outdoor, will be set 6’ apart.
- Parties cannot exceed more than 6 guests.
- Guests must wear a mask when walking through and around the restaurant, but do not have to while dining at their table.
- Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times.
- Staff health checks will be performed daily.
