Spring has sprung and is bringing showers of new and exciting menu additions to SHK!
Now that the days are longer, it’s time to get out of hibernation and enjoy time with family and friends. To tempt you, here’s a look at what we’re cooking (and shaking) up this month at SHK.
Our team has been hard at work in the kitchen to bring you unique and fresh creations with seasonal flare. Not only have we added more than a dozen new dishes like garlic-flavored okra, spicy shredded pig ears and springtime bamboo shoots with la rou, we also changed the style of our menus to make navigating through our vast offerings easier than ever!
We’re toasting to the spring with bright colors and bold flavors! New highlights from the bar include:
- Ghost on Fire – Ghost tequila, lychee juice, lime reduction
- The Red Lantern – baijiu, amaro, aperol, lemon juice
- Plum Drunk Love – gin, lemon juice, plum bitters, fresh plum juice (available only during the month of April!)
